Our weddings, and special event packages are all inclusive, and customized to fit your vision of the dream rustic venue. Hamilton Oaks Vineyard Events offers full on site catering staff featuring all local foods, full beverage service, custom flower packages, DJ, rentals and all wedding and special event services for your convenience.

Chardonnay package

Your custom all-inclusive Chardonnay wedding experience includes the following:

  • Valet parking service for your guests
  • Use of the venue from 9am – 11pm and Rehearsal 1 Day Before
  • Bride’s Dressing Room and private restroom
  • Comprehensive personal design consultation and wedding planning prior to your Wedding Day and the coordination services on both the Rehearsal and Wedding Day

Ceremony

  • Chairs with Cushions
  • Client’s choice of ceremony location and altar, aisle and chair placement
  • Personal Flowers by Tustin Florist (chosen by client): Bridal & Bridesmaids’ bouquets, Groom and Groomsmen’s boutonnières, Mothers’ corsages, Flower Girl flowers
  • 2 Floral Altar arrangements
  • Audio system and wireless microphones for ceremony

Cocktail hour

  • Cocktail tables with choice of linen colors (over 25 colors/styles to select from)
  • Floral centerpieces with candles
  • DJ Service during cocktail hour, Sound Amplified System
  • Three (3) Butler Passed Hors d’Ouevres (hot and cold)
  • Open Bar: Wine, Beer, Sodas, Bottled Water for FOUR (4) Hours

Reception

  • Gourmet & Upscale Cuisine (Buffet style service) by our Premier Caterer “Jason’s Catered Events” (please see attached menus, some limits apply, Plated Dinner Service and Custom Menus are available at an additional charge)
  • Open Bar: Wine, Beer, Sodas, Bottled Water for FOUR (4) Hours
  • Specialty Cake & Cake Cutting/Serving (flavors and design chosen by bride and groom) by Pacific Patisserie
  • Floral Silver Package: Centerpieces for all tables, Cake Flowers, Sweetheart Table Decorations, Candles, Delivery & Setup/Strike of all flowers (choice of flowers, vases, design, colors, embellishments etc.) by Tustin Florist
  • All Décor: Dance Floor, All Tables (guest, sign-in, gift, cake, sweetheart/head, ceremony), Chairs, Dinnerware, Glassware, Linens, Napkins, etc. (all styles, colors etc. selected by bride and groom) Ambient and Effect Lighting, Up Lighting, Twinkle/Market Lights (accommodate paper lanterns)
  • DJ & Master of Ceremonies, Sound Amplified System, Dance Floor
  • Lighting (music selected by bride and groom)
  • Professional and Courteous Staff, Bartenders, Staff Captain and Servers, Security Staff, Cleaning Staff, Venue Manager, Wedding Coordinator
